My hair and nails have recently taken a real beating due to having a baby. My nails in particular are brittle and break easy. Most commercial nail strengtheners dry out the nails own vital oils and whilst you may see an immediate cosmetic improvement in the nail after a few weeks you will probably be left with the same problem. Soaking the nails in a good vegetable oil is a much healthier option and you can massage this formula into the nail cuticle morning and evening, which in turn stimulates circulation.
- 4 x Tablespoons of Sweet Almond Oil
- 10 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
- 10 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
Combine the oils and massage into the cuticle and the base of the nail itself.
